Hello!
Welcome to FAQs!

Is there any questions you want to ask? Here are answers to some frequently asked questions that you have come to the right place.

How do I place an order?

Attach your work by going to the order form and putting your request in there. It is guaranteed that the payment will be secure. You can order your document via the order form, and it will be uploaded in anMS Word, DOCX, or Apple Pages format. All credit and debit cards can be used with no need to register, and payment can be made securely through Stripe.

How do I pay for your service?

We use Stripe because it is reliable. UK or overseas bank transfers can be accepted if you are unsure about using this method.

Do you accept PDF files?

Yes, we definitely do. We will first convert the PDF into a word document, then editor or translate.

I have a tight deadline. Can you still accept my work?

When ordering, you can choose the time you want the order to be processed. Within 24 hours, 3 days or 1 week, we can return your research paper within your specified time frame. Weekends and holidays are included in these timescales. As soon as you have paid, the deadline is set, and we guarantee to meet it! Text and email notifications will be sent when your editor/translator has finished the job.

It might not be possible to complete large orders in a day or two. Our editors can complete thousands of words in a day, while maintaining our high quality standards. Translators will obviously require even more time to finish. If your order is longer than this, you can discuss possibilities with us.

Can you fix my mistakes in English, it is not my first language?

Yes, we can certainly help you fix any mistakes in your English writing. At an academic proofreading website, we have experienced proofreaders who are skilled at identifying and correcting errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and other aspects of English language usage. They can help you improve the overall clarity and coherence of your writing, regardless of whether English is your first language or not. If you would like to have your writing checked for mistakes, please feel free to contact us to learn more about how we can help.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

If you are not happy with the work provided by our academic proofreading website, you can request a revision. Our team of professionals will work with you to ensure that the final product meets your satisfaction and adheres to the guidelines provided.

It is our goal to provide high-quality services to all of our clients, and we will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product.

When will my work be completed?

The completion date for your work will depend on the length and complexity of your document, as well as the current workload of our proofreaders. We will provide you with an estimated completion date when you submit your document for review, and we will strive to meet that deadline to the best of our ability. However, if any unforeseen issues arise that may impact the completion date, we will communicate this to you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

What qualifications and experience do your professionals possess?

Our professionals possess a range of qualifications and experience in academic proofreading. Many of our professionals have advanced degrees in various fields, including literature, linguistics, education, and the sciences. In addition to their education, our professionals have also received training in proofreading and editing, and have a thorough understanding of the various style guides and citation standards used in academic writing. They have also gained extensive experience in proofreading and editing a wide range of academic documents, including research papers, dissertations, theses, and articles for publication.

When the editor finished the work, how do I get my document?

After the editor has completed their work on your document, you will receive an email notification stating that the edited document is ready for review. You can then log into your account on the academic proofreading website and access the edited document through the “My Documents” section. From there, you can download the edited version of your document and save it to your computer or device.

Can I work for you?

Unfortunately, we do not have any employment opportunities available at this time. However, we do welcome freelancers to submit their resumes and samples of their work for future consideration. Please keep an eye on our website or social media accounts for updates on any job openings. Thank you for your interest in working with us.
